WHM Work Connections

WHM Work Connections provides an opportunity to gain skills and the work ethos required to move into the world of work. Working in a Person Centred way we support adults with disabilities to develop both work and life skills whilst taking part in a range of fun and fulfilling activities.

We have extensive experience of the social care sector; service provision,social work, nursing, and managerial backgrounds alongside 30 years offarming expertise.
