WHM Work Connections

Greenfields is based at Hawley Fields Farm in Seagrave. This facility offers people the opportunity to do a huge range of activities including: animal care, horticulture and organic vegetable production, food preparation and other catering skills, conservation, retail, clerical and administration.

At Greenfields we will create a culture of expectation and aspiration. We will support people to develop a real understanding of the work ethos and to take responsibility for their own development whilst at the same time building confidence, a sense of belonging, ability to work as part of a team and having fun.
