Hawley Fields Farm has been in the Wells family for over three generations. Hawley Fields Farm is a well established dairy farm with a large herd of British Friesians and Brown Swiss cows- owned and run by Chris and Jonathan Wells.

WHM Work Connections utilises unused buildings and land on the Farm and has established an excellent relationship with the working diary farm.

Greenfields Skills Centre is made up of extensive indoor and outdoor learning and work space including; Workshops, mechanics workshop, wood workshops, enterprise rooms, training kitchens, computer rooms, offices, paddocks, barns and stables.

Our Greenfields Skills Centre Site offers a range of support, advice and guidance for individuals to develop the skills they need to become more independent. Whether this be to be able to live more independently in the future and reduce reliance on family/ carers or social care services or whether they wish to gain employment.

All new service users are offered a free of charge taster day and then a six week trial period. During this time WHM assesses support and supervision needs, can decide upon appropriate support level needs and it enables both parties to ensure that it is the right service for the individual. Information is also gathered from the individual, parents/ carers, social workers, colleges/school (if relevant) and any health professionals involved.
