COVID-19 Outbreak

Dear Parents/Carers
Due to the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak the government has asked people to avoid contact with others as much as possible. This is sometimes referred to as ‘social distancing’. This is particularly important for some people.
Unfortunately due to this WHM Work Connections will be closed from week commencing 23rd March 2020. This closure will affect both our Greenfields and Fairfields sites.
WHM Work Connections have contacted all carers to find out if support is still required. We will still be offering a small outreach service for the most vulnerable workmates. If you feel that during the closure you need any help with support please call one of the below numbers. Our staff will also be contacting you to check everything is ok.
We will be providing a telephone response service during the closure which will be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:30am – 3pm.

If you normally pay WHM via a direct payment the payments you receive from Leicestershire County Council will still continue so this will enable you to continue your payments to us.
We will endeavor to keep all parents and carers updated as to when we hope to resume normal services. From Monday 23rd March we will be posting any updates via our website www.workconnections.co.uk
